Keep giving this command over and over after each time he gets the idea of being well. Continue doing this until the person is very happy or relieved and has had a realization about himself, the environment or life in general.

Some interesting things can occur while receiving this assist. I once had a person whom the idea of actually being well was so foreign to him that at first it took him almost 10 minutes to get the idea of being well the first few times the command was given to him! Here is a very cool excercise by L. Ron Hubbard that you can do to look and act younger!
People often tell me that I look and act younger than my age anyway, but when I do this exercise I certainly feel better. Sometimes I just laugh for no apparent reason while doing it. It’s cool! Try it!
Procedure:
“Sitting somewhere near the center of a room, close your eyes and “contact” the two upper corners of the room behind you. Then, holding those corners, sit still and don’t think. Remain interested only in those two corners.
You can do this for two minutes (minimum) or two hours, always with benefit. No matter what happens, simply hold the corners and don’t think.
You can do this daily. It will make you look and act younger.”
